Specialist.PH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates fluently in English, and thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role requires strong prioritization skills, the ability to get tasks done efficiently, and unwavering organization.
What You'll Do. You will…
HR Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as HMO administration, attendance tracking, and other HR-related duties.
Task and Schedule Management: Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records, reports, and process documentation.
Task Execution: Ensure all assigned tasks, follow-ups, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Administrative Support: Conduct research, manage data, and provide general administrative assistance.
You might be the one we are looking for if you…
Have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Have experience in Human Resources and/or digital marketing (a huge plus!)
Have experience with AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Include “EA Pro in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
Can work 8AM-5PM MST
Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
