Devops Engineer
Job description
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline the build and release processes.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools to automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure.
- Maintain and enhance infrastructure automation scripts.
- Implement and manage configuration management tools for consistent and scalable infrastructure.
- Ensure configuration drift is minimized across environments.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and address issues.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a collaborative DevOps culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce security best practices in the deployment pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with tools like Kubernetes.
- Manage containerized applications in production environments.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Automate routine operational processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of three
years working as a DevOps Engineer, with a preference for experience in the
automotive or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of
CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with
Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Good Experience with containerization and
orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in
scripting and automation.
- Solid understanding
of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
