COLORS Worldwide Inc. is the creative force behind R&B ONLY, a movement dedicated to amplifying R&B music and culture. Over the past decade, we’ve produced over 700 shows in 50+ cities, selling more than 700,000 tickets independently. With a digital reach of 13.4 million impressions in the past month alone, R&B ONLY is growing rapidly as both an in-person and online brand.

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Sponsorship Sales Specialist to help us secure partnerships for our live events and digital content. This is a commission-based role where your ability to build relationships and close deals will directly contribute to the expansion of one of the most exciting brands in music and entertainment.

Experienced: You have a proven track record of closing sponsorship or ad sales deals, preferably in entertainment, events, or media.

Creative: You think outside the box when crafting sponsorship packages and pitching to clients.

What You'll Do

Identify, prospect, and pitch potential sponsorship partners for R&B ONLY’s live events and digital content (e.g., social media, original series, and livestreams).

Develop creative sponsorship packages that align with partner objectives while highlighting R&B ONLY’s unique value proposition and engaged audience.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies to drive long-term partnerships.

Negotiate and close sponsorship deals that align with revenue goals.

Collaborate with our marketing and events team to ensure successful execution of sponsorship activations.

Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.
