We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to assist with the digital health transformation efforts within the Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program management office. This person should be a current or former management consultant with experience at one of the Top Consulting Firms who will play a pivotal role in driving work end to end through written communications to support streamlined communication across the Program. This role will be supporting administrative, program management, and select front office support teams.
This role will drive high quality presentations that effectively communicate project goals and data to various stakeholders. This role will ensure presentations reflect the overarching product strategy of the organizations, including project specifics and within the demand management process. This person will also work with the Program Executive Office team to forecast appropriate materials for various product, platform, and support needs across. The ideal candidate is a former management consultant well-versed in PowerPoint and Excel. They will possess strong communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear visual presentations, and have the organizational acumen to manage multiple projects within deadlines. A collaborative spirit is essential for gathering necessary insights, data, and feedback from team members to craft effective presentations.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to work in ambiguity and to produce visually engaging and data-rich deliverables that make complex information accessible and compelling. This person would be responsible for ensuring that all materials are not only informative but also adhere to organizational branding guidelines and are tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences. This role would therefore have a pulse on operations within administration. Regular updates and refinements to deliverables based on stakeholder feedback will be crucial for continuous improvement in communication effectiveness.
This person should be able to keep up to date with industry best practices and consolidate and incorporate lessons learned. In addition, this person should drive work independently end to end, accurately prioritize responsibilities, and develop informed recommendations.
This role will work closely with Prime Contractor team members, government leaders, vendors, and subcontractors in support of the DHMSM program.

Develop PowerPoint slides and other tools that effectively synthesize complex data into visually appealing and straightforward presentations
Ensure that presentation design and content uphold the program's branding guidelines and are tailored to suit diverse audience needs
Regularly update and refine presentation materials based on feedback from stakeholders to improve the clarity and impact of information delivered
Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is prioritized according to strategic importance
Make informed decisions that enhance communication strategies, effectively navigating ambiguities
Drive strategic analyses as needed, leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
Collaborate with administrative, program management, and front office support teams to ensure presentations align with organizational goals and support streamlined communication
Work closely with the Administration Line Lead and other government clients to integrate and synthesize project goals and data into presentations, ensuring they reflect the strategic direction and specifics of the DHMSM program
Align presentation schedules with planned meetings and strategic deliverables, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate communication flows
Partner with the PEO Communications team to forecast and prepare necessary presentation materials for upcoming discussions and decisions related to product and platform development
Gather insights, data, and feedback across team members, refine presentations, and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
Management consulting experience at a Top management consulting firm
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Strong experience and skillset in written communication tools and presentation software
Strong written and verbal communications
U.S. citizen
PREFERRED QUALITIES:
Prior government healthcare or DHA experience
Has a CAC (Common Access Card), Security Clearance, or ability to obtain a CAC
