Job description

Circa £75,000, dependent on skills and experience

Permanent & Huntingdon/Home-working

Open to considering part-time and full-time hours, with a minimum of 3 days per week

Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be our head office at Huntingdon.

As part of the change function you will lead, develop and deliver enterprise-wide change strategies to support the implementation of our ambitious plans.

What does it take to be a Programme Change Manager?

  • Significant experience of delivering large, highly complex people change programmes  

  • Demonstrable experience in people change and building business capability 

  • Strong leadership and team working skills, with previous experience of leading a team

  • Evidence of a track record of successfully communicating to a variety of audiences, ability to build rapport and trust quickly  

  • Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools  

  • Experience of managing individuals through change  

  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, ability to engage with all levels 

  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to fit organisational culture, maturity and needs 

  • Experience of leading teams of change professionals

  • Focus on benefit realisation 

  • Change Management qualification would be desirable.
