Senior ServiceNow Developer - 100% Remote

Our partner company, a leading ServiceNow Implementation Partner, is looking for dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Developers/Implementation Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance our clients' business processes. You will also engage with clients, drive feature enhancements, and integrate cloud applications to achieve seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and other business areas.
  
• Perform ServiceNow application development, scripting, and integration tasks, ensuring optimal platform performance and functionality.
  
• Lead feature enhancements, upgrades, and customizations of ServiceNow modules, including Asset Management, CMDB, Orchestration, and ServiceWatch.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, including configuration, workflow automation, and system upgrades.
  
• Utilize best practices in ITIL and ServiceNow development to deliver secure and scalable applications.
  
• Engage with clients to provide training, support, and ongoing platform optimization.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery and ServiceNow implementations.
    
  • Extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow scripting.
    
  • Background in Asset Management, CMDB, and ServiceNow Orchestration.
    
• Certifications (Preferred):
  
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
    
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
    
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (a plus).
    
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Proficiency in web applications, networks, protocols, and email systems (SMTP, POP3).
    
  • Experience with cloud application integration and ServiceNow scripting.
    
• Soft Skills:
  
  • Strong client engagement, communication, and teamwork abilities.
    
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality delivery.
