• Want to work with clients who are a good fit for your practice niche. We will support you in finding your niche and then tailor your client assignments so we are hitting your sweet spot.

• Know that we need to support one another to be successful. We don’t do negativity or drama.

• Are available to work two evenings until 7 pm or one evening and one weekend day. We focus on meeting the needs of all our community members and after school and work are the most requested times for therapy.
  
• Want a work-life balance. We know you need time for you and we want you to have that. Our full-time work week is 30 hours.

• Are licensed or license eligible in the State of Massachusetts. We have weekly consultation meetings to support our clinical team members and offer supervision toward licensure at no cost for our license eligible team members.
  

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field. Licensure as an independent clinician in Massachusetts is required.
  
• PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc. are welcome to apply
  
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions for various mental health conditions.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and team members.
  
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health practice.
  
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
  
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
  
• Empathy, cultural competence, and a genuine passion for promoting mental health and well-being.
