Job Description

We are seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join our team at AUTODOC. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Pricing Manager in managing our Private Brand (PB) Pricing strategy across the EU market. You will work closely with the Pricing Manager and collaborate with various teams to optimize pricing strategies, monitor performance, and drive business growth and profitability.

In this key role, you will:

Work closely the AUTODOC pricing team, Category Management and the Private Brands team
Run pricing tests, develop analyses and pricing models
Help to set-up dedicated pricing processes for our business reviews
Work on category and market strategies in order to improve our profit structure, identify local customer needs and market rules
Identify, evaluate and develop new initiatives that create value to drive long-term customer value
Guide the pricing team to move from transactional to long-term price optimization in collaboration with Data Science
Spend a good deal of your time working on pricing projects in order to develop our pricing expertise and bring merchandising to the next level
Improve and measure the end-to-end business controls within our existing pricing systems.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in pricing analysis, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry
1+ years work with analytics or AI - Experience developing and implementing ML models
Experience with long-term profitability measurement and customer events
Experience/knowlesge of A/B testing and advanced methods to measure impact (using big data)
Experience in data analysis and visualisation
Understanding of statistics and experiment design
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Strong SQL capabilities or other data querying languages
Ownership – thinks and acts like an owner
Graduate or higher degree in a business and/or quantitative field (e.g. business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science)
Fluent English, any additional EU or Russian language would be an advantage
