The role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You’ll drive our product strategy, ensuring that our products meet current customer needs while anticipating future trends. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll define our product roadmap and lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch. You’ll also ensure that we’re always focused on delivering value to our users and the business.

Our HQ is based in Wellington, NZ, but this role can be based anywhere in New Zealand or Australia.

What you'll do:

  • Drive product development and strategic direction, setting clear goals and ensuring consistent progress
  • Conduct market research and product discovery to understand customer pain points and stay ahead of trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users, acting as the customer advocate within the business
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine the product vision
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, making key decisions on features, functionality, and priorities
  • Work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Architecture to create clear product specifications and user stories
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, partnering with Product Marketing for successful releases

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience building new products or ventures
  • An adaptable and collaborative leader who quickly gains and holds the respect and confidence of others
  • Someone who understands commercial drivers and market competition and make decisions that reflect this
  • 5+ years experience in high-growth SaaS software products, working in cross-functional product teams

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary (we offer a salary that reflects your experience and the value you’ll bring to our team)
  • Annual wellbeing allowance
  • Generous annual learning and development fund
  • Home office set-up support
  • 4 weeks annual leave plus an additional day off on your birthday!
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Flexible work options (our HQ is based in Wellington, NZ, but this role can be based anywhere in New Zealand or Australia)
