Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end outreach process across 14 regions, securing high-quality backlinks to drive domain authority and rankings on targeted landing page groups.
Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies, incorporating best practices to acquire high-authority backlinks and meet SEO objectives.
Conduct website research and evaluation to ideate and identify opportunities for link-building, ensuring a strong focus on quality and relevance.
Apply effective negotiation methodologies to secure backlinks and establish long-lasting relationships with publishers and site owners.
Innovate and iterate on backlink acquisition strategies through collaboration with PR, Design, Marketing, and other SEO peers.
Experiment with new tools and outreach tactics, leveraging data-based insights to optimize link-building campaigns and increase a competitive advantage.
Monitor backlink profiles and assess the impact of outreach campaigns on organic rankings, providing data-driven insights to further performance increase.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in off-page SEO, specifically in outreach and backlink acquisition, with a proven track record of success in an e-commerce setting.
Strong knowledge of outreach best practices, link-building strategies, and the ability to secure high-authority links from quality sites.
Demonstrated experience researching and evaluating websites for link opportunities, focusing on quality, relevance, and authority.
Excellent negotiation skills and proven success in building relationships with webmasters, publishers, and influencers.
Ability to collaborate effectively with PR, Design, Marketing, and other SEO peers to drive backlink acquisition initiatives.
Strong understanding of SEO metrics and the ability to use them to evaluate the success of outreach campaigns.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb to support link-building efforts.
Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO trends, focusing on off-page SEO innovation and optimization.
