AI and Chatbot Intern

This is a remote position.

1. Chatbot Development:
   

   • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions across platforms like websites, messaging apps, and voice interfaces.
     
   • Integrate chatbots with CRM, ERP, and other business systems to enhance functionality.
     

2. AI Model Implementation:
   

   • Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks to create conversational models.
     
   • Fine-tune pre-trained AI models to align with business use cases.
     

3. Customization and Optimization:
   

   • Implement personalization strategies to improve user engagement.
     
   • Continuously monitor chatbot performance and implement enhancements based on analytics and user feedback.
     

4. Collaboration:
   

   • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to align chatbot functionalities with business objectives.
     
   • Coordinate with data science teams to leverage insights for chatbot training.
     

5. Testing and Troubleshooting:
   

   • Perform rigorous testing to identify and fix bugs or issues.
     
   • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of chatbot solutions.
     

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
  

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
    
  • Experience with chatbot development frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or AWS Lex.
    
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, GPT, Hugging Face).
