The Role
Your Role & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support team members across Talent Supply Chain Transformation and Operations by creating strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative, with a focus on Workforce Solutions.
You will work closely with Workforce Solutions, CoE leaders, HR and Business stakeholders and will bring strong expertise as you review all aspects of current process and practice. You will further elevate the team’s mission of identifying the right people, at the right time meeting our customer requirements and internal requirements using Workday.
You will also partner with the Workforce Solutions and Talent Acquisition Operations team to co-create and/or lead the creation of assets by providing input, documenting requirements, and/or supporting the design and delivery of required changes that improve end-to-end processes across the entire Talent Supply Chain.
This role will require you to collaborate with the HR Technology, Workday Product Owner and CIO teams on improvements to Workday Projects. This could include defining requirements and roadmap with the Workforce Solutions team, recommending change requests and optimization, writing test cases and supporting change management activities, as well as supporting and/or delivering enablement to improve everyday processes.
Specific project work you would own and support in this role could include any/all of the following examples:
- Review how Workday Projects is used as the primary system supporting the work of the Resource Managers and recommend process changes or improvements
- Design or improve upon monthly scorecards that measure effectiveness, provide regular governance, or operational reviews
- Review and improve the weekly employee resource review meetings and other regular forums with country COOs and other stakeholders; identify opportunities for consistency and effectiveness, incorporating the review of contingent workers, and implementing best practices
- Conduct operational reviews and use data analysis to ensure employee resources are mapped and appropriated to the right accounts, and are being fully utilized
- Partner with Workforce Solutions, Talent Acquisition and the business teams as needed on any work or projects as required
- Lead or contribute to additional special programs as required – including example such as improvement of bench, capacity planning, and the EPH (Early Professional Hire) placement in delivery
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, process documents, and job aids
- Coordinate efforts with the Kyndryl HR Change Management teams to define and integrate change across Kyndryl and tie to the broader HR Change strategy
- Provide direct support and coaching to key stakeholders and front-line managers of others as they help their direct reports through transitions
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and expertise:
- 10+ years of experience in Change management with exposure to Talent Supply, HCM or Workforce related process changes or transformations
- 10+ years' experience with business process improvement around workforce solutions, talent supply, human capital management or talent acquisition
- Proven experience of consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing organizational capability solutions
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships
- Measurement skills related to assessment of information, initiatives, and strategies
- Proven experience delivering effective plans that deliver against our strategies, on time, on budget
- High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive business information
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Excellent active listening skills, Effective presentation development and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with and establish credibility in subject matter areas and influence at all levels of the business
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements based on data-driven insights
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to clearly articulate process changes and outcomes by stakeholder/persona

Preferred Experience:
- BA or BS Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Talent/Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification
- Previous consulting experience and/or knowledge of the professional services industry is an advantage
- Experience with Workday Projects, Professional Services Automation (PSA), Workday Recruit, and Workday HCM (Position Management)
- Experience in a Workforce Solutions/Workforce Management role supporting the business
