Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of materials for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects. This role involves managing vendor relationships, tracking shipments, and providing real-time updates to team members on the status of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials and parts.
  • Track material orders and shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Provide the team with updates on part whereabouts and expected arrival times.
  • Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to verify part/material specifications and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure project needs are met.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain or logistics, with a strong ability to manage orders and shipments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the construction trades (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, or electrical).
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan software.
