Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of materials for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects. This role involves managing vendor relationships, tracking shipments, and providing real-time updates to team members on the status of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials and parts.
Track material orders and shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide the team with updates on part whereabouts and expected arrival times.
Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to verify part/material specifications and delivery schedules.
Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure project needs are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in supply chain or logistics, with a strong ability to manage orders and shipments.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in the construction trades (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, or electrical).
Proficiency with ServiceTitan software.
