We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HubSpot and have a strong understanding of other CRM systems. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams within the company to identify challenges, develop solutions, and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Report directly to the Project manager and actively contribute to the success of our global organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Fluent level of English
  • 1-2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Jira or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
  • HubSpot certification or relevant CRM certifications are advantageous.
  • Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement around shaping our product thinking.
  • Experience working with Agile Scrum workflow. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines


Responsibilities


Project Management

  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
  • Planning, Research & Development of projects, including the coordination of the different tasks, development of the deadlines, milestones & kpis.
  • Researching information & Data management Analysis
  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress. Registering and recording status on different platforms
  • Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Assume the duties and responsibilities of the manager in their absence.
  • Assist in financial cost management of the project and keep a check on the risk management of the project’s progressions and budget.


CRM

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their unique challenges and requirements related to CRM usage.
  • Analyze existing CRM processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address CRM-related issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing measures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM performance and usage metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and CRM vendors, managing vendor relationships and escalations as needed.
