ABOUT DINEPALACE/FOODME

DinePalace is a premier restaurant consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada, established in 2008. DinePalace provides restaurants with support and services to help them improve their sales, reduce costs and drive more traffic online on their websites and social media.


FoodMe is a division of DinePalace focussing on providing technology solutions for restaurants in Canada and with ambitious plans for the US market. FoodMe is developing customer food ordering systems for restaurants on online, Android and IOS platforms. FoodMe drives change continuously to enhance its products by building new features, functionality and performance improvements. FoodMe is rapidly expanding and looking to strengthen its execution processes and is looking to hire a Project Coordinator in India.


Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Manager in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

The role will involve managing projects for websites, graphics, client requests through interaction with production and sales teams and interacting with technology development teams.

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Google Suite, applications such as Google Drive, Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least three (3) years of relevant experience is required for consideration.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects and tasks with responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
  • Coordinating between various teams within the organization and external stakeholders, developers and designers
  • Coordinating with client via support channels
  • Plan and execute tasks within tight timelines
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
  • Act as the point of contact for all tasks and communicate project status to all participants
  • Initiate, develop and deploy current project management tools such as Agile/Scrum and train team members
  • Analyze existing processes and implement continuous improvement strategies

 



Requirements

  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must possess very good logical and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and respond quickly to client needs
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Working hours are 9AM - 5PM EST (Toronto time) Mon-Fri and half day Saturday
