Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Associate to join our growing financial operations team. This role focuses on personal and business U.S. taxation and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file personal and business U.S. tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Review financial documents and ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for tax filings.
Utilize ProSystems and Excel for tax preparation and reporting.
Conduct tax planning and analysis to identify opportunities for savings.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in personal and business U.S. taxation.
Proficiency in ProSystems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial analysis and tax planning.
Familiarity with financial modeling.
Capability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
