Job Overview
The Designer conceptualizes, develops and executes design solutions for digital marketing campaigns; he/she must have the ability to lead and collaborate with writers, editors, videographers and developers in a timely and effective manner. The Designer should understand the coalition of multiple campaign assets, ensuring visual cohesion and brand equity. He/she must have excellent written and verbal communication to convey ideas to team members effectively and internal customers within a corporate environment.
Role Description
Understand clients’ business/strategy and messages and provide added value to their plans and projects
Support internal stakeholders/customers with the development and execution of creative materials, and in accordance to plan.
Being capable of aligning designers' planning with projects and business priorities, making assessments and decisions to ensure the projects will be delivered on time, with high quality and compliant with branding guidelines.
Work actively with the Content production (definition, messaging development) and Engage Digital team to ensure action ability for all the distribution channels (activation animation and amplification).
Generate creative and innovative content that creates added value
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, challenge briefs, tactics, reuse of content, digital vs. printed needs, integrating localization, etc.
Ensure the equilibrium, impact, quality and consistency of all created content and assets
Create, develop and monitor the follow-up and respect of the company Identity, image consistency, “look and feel” for all assets (Corporate/Industry/Brand content, Events, Digital medias)
Oversee consistent application of brand and equity identity and guidelines over all media channels

Qualifications & Key Competencies
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in online/digital marketing agency, working directly with clients and other stakeholders
Strong in ideation, conceptualization, originality and you are visually driven
Passionate in design, creating compelling visual story telling via digital media to target audience
