Why we need you

We are seeking a Teamlead Product who excels in execution and operational management to join our dynamic team in Berlin. 
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of our product team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and alignment across stakeholders. This position is deeply rooted in execution and operations, perfect for someone who thrives on driving results, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact projects on time.

You will oversee product managers and designers, aligning their work with business priorities and ensuring we stay on track as we scale. This role requires someone who is highly organized, pragmatic, and skilled at balancing competing priorities while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Your Mission
  • Execution and Delivery: Own the execution of product initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor product managers and designers, fostering alignment and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Implement and optimize processes to streamline product development and ensure clarity across teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Act as the "Product COO," driving operational efficiencies and prioritizing execution over vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to maintain clear communication and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Translate business goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track progress, manage risks, and report on KPIs to leadership.

What you need to succeed
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or operational roles, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities.
  • Leadership: Strong experience leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on execution and collaboration.
  • Technical Background: Solid understanding of technical processes, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Execution-Oriented Mindset: Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on efficient outcomes (80/20 mindset).
  • Plus: MENA market empathy - Arabic language skills and/or familiarity with MENA as our revenue driving markets are advantageous.
