Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (Arizona - Switches MST to PST)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Arizona - Switches MST to PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage junior and staff bookkeepers, oversee client deliverables, and ensure the fulfillment of accounting processes with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide junior and staff bookkeepers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Manage the monthly close process, including reconciliations and reporting.
Oversee client deliverables and maintain strong relationships through phone, video, and email communication.
Implement and manage financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.
Engage with clients and address their specific accounting needs and inquiries.
Utilize QuickBooks Online, Notion, and Excel for daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in accounting, preferably at a CPA level.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Notion, and Excel.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
Experience managing financial deliverables and processes with a team.
A strong understanding of US-based financial operations and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

Experience developing SOPs and deploying financial processes.
Background in working with US clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.
Prior leadership or managerial experience in a similar capacity.
