Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain all UX/IA Templates, documentation, assets, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps and experience documentation for assigned projects.
• Develop experience audits from other industries that can influence our own products.
• Collect and document research relevant to new digital experiences LCPA is considering.
• Partner directly with designers, developers and project managers to develop engaging user experiences.
• User research and ethnography - ideally both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Translate business priorities into research questions and design insights.
• Formulate information architecture and navigation for complex data structures.
• Articulate future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate with senior stakeholders to evangelise and advance the UX agenda.
