As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Media Buying Trainer with strong coaching skills to join our team. This role is not for those with a freelancer mindset; we need a team player who is passionate about achieving outstanding results for our clients!

Our ideal Media Buying Trainer will combine the rich features of our adtech platform offers with media buying tactics and strategies to significantly improve our customers' marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one media buying coaching sessions, guidance, and feedback to our customers, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their performance on live campaigns.
  • Design / Enhance training programs and modules on media buying strategies, tools, and platforms. This includes creating up-to-date instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops to ensure customers are well-equipped to execute media buying campaigns.
  • Implement assessment tools and performance tracking to evaluate the learning progress of each customer. Adjust training approaches based on individual needs and measure results to ensure that training objectives are met.
  • Keep up with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in media buying, digital marketing, and ad platforms. Regularly update training materials and strategies to reflect industry changes and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Teach customers how to optimize ad budgets, improve ad performance, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Emphasize data-driven decision-making, testing strategies, and the use of advanced analytics to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Provide advice on ads using best practices, including copywriting, image and video selection, headline choice, and other elements crucial for successful ad performance.
  • Foster an open environment for continuous learning and skill-building.
  • Produce and disseminate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports.

We expect you to:

  • Familiarize yourself with our Code of Engagement and Ethics and live by it.
  • Constantly seek ways to improve our services and processes, particularly in media buying training methodologies and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and research innovative methods to enhance ad campaigns.
  • Attend all required company meetings, including team meetings, coaching sessions, leadership meetings, and training, unless otherwise approved.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication within the team, using tools such as Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Identify and suggest improvements, innovations, and optimizations within media buying and other training programs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional media buying experience, with proficiency in managing digital advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • A strong foundation in media buying, including experience with various ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs) and a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques, analytics, and KPI measurement is critical to providing real-world insights to trainees.
  • The ability to clearly explain complex concepts and processes in an engaging, accessible manner.
  • Skilled in both verbal and written communication to create training materials, lead workshops, and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated with ever-evolving digital marketing and media buying trends. The willingness to learn and incorporate new strategies, tools, and techniques into training sessions is essential for delivering relevant and valuable content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment while maintaining perspective.
  • Adaptability to new situations, with problem-solving skills and effective communication with your team. Teamwork and a get-it-done attitude are essential.

Bonus: Experience with Facebook marketing for high-risk niches (casino, nutra, crypto, dating, etc.) is a plus.
