A Day in the Life of an Implementation Specialist  

 

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing new clients in the iXLink system. They will also be responsible for daily support (via Zendesk ticketing system) of iXLink clients. 

 

So, how are we going to keep you busy?  

  • Mapping new vendor templates (formats) for price lists and invoices for the Price List Receipt, Price List Distribution, Bill Receipt, and Bill Distribution services in iXLink 

  • Creating macros (in C#) as necessary for vendor templates 

  • Abby/OCR mapping system for invoice reading for Bill Receipt 

  • Daily Bill Receipt transaction SLA follow up 

  • Attending weekly team meetings 

  • Assistance with internal Contract Management page which tracks iXLink client usage 

  • Backend SQL script running/assistance for queries and creation of stored procedures if needed. 

  • Backend  Reports: assistance with scheduling and modifying reports 

  • Creating new articles and updating existing articles for clients in our knowledge base 

 

What will make you eligible for this role?  

  • 2+ years of experience as a support / implementation specialist in a software B2B company 

  • Fluent English – a must  

  • Knowledge of SQL – a must  

  • Knowledge of C # - preferred  

  • Knowledge of VB, VBA, Python, PHP, PowerShell  

  • Knowledge of Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, PowerShell, SQL Server Manager, SSH Client, Office Apps, Teams, Remote Desktop
