2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce, Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing), Excellent computer skills with PC/Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge, Multi-tasking ability, Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify
- Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system
- Serve customer calls and emails regarding sales orders and returns
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Communicate with brand management for issues or concerns
