Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 4 to 8 years of experience in Site Reliability, Customer Support and Incident and Problem management, Prior experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure or equivalent, Excellent debugging/Troubleshooting skills using Linux, Kubernetes, Scripting experience using Python, Shell and Ansible.
Key responsabilities:
- Work with modern SaaS technologies like Kubernetes, Oracle Cloud, Ansible, Prometheus and Grafana
- Participate in cross-disciplinary projects and collaborate with global teams
- React to production deficiencies by implementing automation and real-time monitoring
- Stay informed of new technologies and contribute innovatively
- Participate in on-call rotations during weekends
