Role Overview:

“This is a revolution for non-sterile compounding”, said a pharmacist in Paris. Now this revolution is happening also in US, and this is why we are looking for a Sales Director for the Eastern US Market, who will lead our sales efforts. The focus will be on getting out the message of this innovative technology and to drive market growth, build strategic relationships, and achieve revenue goals with compounding pharmacies and hospital systems. This is a journey that changes lives of patients in need of personalized medicines, for instance children and cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: you have been there and done this, so developing and executing strategic sales plan tailored to the market is something you enjoy. You are not afraid to do leg work on the field as you enjoy customer interactions.

Client Engagement: you probably know the right people in the space, so building and nurturing long-term relationships with decision-makers in pharmacies and hospitals is your strength.

Technical Expertise: we believe that you might be a pharmacist, so articulating the benefits of our technology, including automation of compounding tasks, digital compliance, patient safety, IT system integration, and scalability, to prospective clients comes naturally.

Compliance Insight: compliance is everything in pharma and educating clients on the advantages of our systems for meeting regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 13485 resonates with you.

Sales Cycle Management: since you have some sales experience, you also know the power of having a solid sales process in place. This is why you are natural in overseeing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial presentations to contract negotiations and closing.

Collaboration: although you can work independently and like your freedom, working closely with your colleagues is the key to success. You like building the future of personalized medicines together with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of CurifyLabs solutions.

We believe you might have the following background:

  • Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales within healthcare technology or pharmaceutical equipment, with a strong focus on selling to compounding pharmacies and hospitals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of compounding automation, digital traceability, regulatory compliance (USP, FDA, ISO standards), and hospital IT integrations (e.g., EHRs).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with expertise in strategic account management and consultative selling.
  • Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs, anticipate market demands, and position solutions effectively.
