Job Requirements:

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think creatively and critically, especially when handling video editing and administrative tasks. 
  • Proficient in video editing software with a strong understanding of storytelling through visual media. 
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling, calendar management, and maintaining workflow. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and manage customer relations effectively. 
  • Proficient in Google Calendar, Notion, and other relevant software tools for administrative tasks. 
  • Previous experience in customer service or relations, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of client interaction.

Core responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support, including drafting and managing cold emails, maintaining the business workflow, and handling customer relations. 
  • Video Editing & Storytelling: Edit videos with a focus on storytelling for documentaries and short-form content. Ensure clear communication of concepts despite any language barriers. 
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage and schedule appointments, classes, and travel using Google Calendar and Notion. Keep the choreographers schedule organized and up-to-date. 
  • Customer Relations & Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. 
  • Travel Coordination: Book and organize travel arrangements for the choreographers masterclasses and other professional commitments.
  • Graphic Design (Optional): Assist with basic graphic design tasks as needed to support the choreographer's visual projects.
