Job description

Remote Client Payment Risk Analyst

working USA Hours

Objective: The Client Payment Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and proactively managing potential client payment risks, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of risk management processes.

Responsibilities: This role focuses on identifying clients at risk by taking charge of all clients with NSF, reviewing entries on the Risk Management Dashboard, assessing potential payment risks, and following company protocols to manage these risks. The Analyst will communicate with clients by phone and through tickets to make sure each issue is solved on time. Suggest improvements. For issues that happen often, work with the manager to improve handling methods. Notice patterns in issues and help suggest any improvements to make the risk management process better.
