Since founding in 2021, we have quickly grown to 6 locations across two continents and more than 100 team members of different nationalities.

The role
This is a part-time, 20hs/week role.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating performance marketing advertisements, visually striking and effective marketing materials that enhance our brand and drive engagement. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to design assets for various channels, including paid and organic social media, email campaigns, banner ads, and product launches. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for design and a knack for marketing, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a variety of marketing assets, including banner images, email templates, and other digital and print materials, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
Produce high-quality images and infographics for blog posts, articles, and other content marketing initiatives to enhance readability and visual appeal.
Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and graphic elements for video content, such as intros, outros, and lower-thirds, to boost viewer engagement and retention.
Take ownership of the visual design for major marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring all assets are cohesive and support the overall marketing strategy.
Develop and maintain comprehensive visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials.

About you
3+ years of experience in similar roles
Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, scrappy attitude
Excellent communication in English, as well as collaboration skills
Strong Graphic and Visual Design Skills
Creative thinker willing to try new strategies and approaches
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
Experience creating marketing assets for various channels, including print, social media, email campaigns, and banner ads
Ability to generate fresh, innovative design ideas that align with the brand strategy and marketing goals
A keen eye for detail to maintain consistency and quality across all visual design outputs, ensuring that every piece aligns with the brand’s guidelines and standards
