Looking for a career change? Currently in a senior quality or technical role in the food and beverage industry? Happy to travel?

Eurofins Assurance are looking for a BRCGS (BRC Global Standard) Packaging Auditor to join our team. The role is home based with weekly travel in UK and some International travel required.  Eurofins Assurance provide a range of Audit, Certification, Label Compliance and Training services.  

Please note this is a full time role working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. 

  • Conduct BRCGS Audits in UK and Internationally
  • Weekly travel with overnight stays is required
  • Writing and submission of BRCGS Audit reports within a timely manner
  • Review and sign off of audit CAPA
  • Technical review of BRCGS audit reports
  • Complete all required training to maintain auditor competence and approval
  • Contribute content and attend quarterly auditor calibration meetings
  • Be an ambassador for Eurofins and BRCGS
  • Provide technical input and knowledge, where appropriate, to the Eurofins Assurance Global Compliance Team

Qualifications
  • Food Technology I Science or industry-related qualification
  • Industry experience according to specific audit protocol I scheme requirements - typically at least five years post-graduation.
  • Lead Auditor trained - according to protocol / scheme requirements
  • HACCP trained - at least Intermediate I Level 3
  • Completion of relevant training in relevant BRC Global Standards
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and databases.
  • EQIPT certification - for BRCGS Packaging Materials auditors
