Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Fort Mill, SC (100% Remote)

Duration: 12 months + (Contract with potential to hire)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience and Finance/ Banking domain experience.

Top Desired Skills:

- At least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Financial Experience required
- Experience interfacing with Business Stakeholders, development teams, QA, Scrum Masters, Product
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Minimum Education Required: BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Position Summary:
Agile BA supporting Content/Document management-based applications and case management systems including product lifecycle upgrades and migration to cloud. Based upon design specifications and business requirements design and configure and maintain the workflows around the documents. Must be able to function as a member of a team and adhere to secure development process and configuration management process. Must be able to work cooperatively and autonomously and willing to work in a fluid environment with high adaptability to change.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the Platform upgrade activities which drive the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, business workflows, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the SDLC (Agile).
- Be part of SAFe Agile teams.

- Responsible for writing Jira stories, lead story grooming sessions with team, work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers and QA team members
- Ability to do data analysis using SQL. Understands basic concepts of relational databases such as SQL Server and can write their own SQL queries for the analysis. SQL is for analysis only, no formal software coding
- Identify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in design phases of projects.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deliverables to maintain forward progress and ensure customer expectations are met
- Once production build commences, coach the team in developing appropriate technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guideline
- Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support

- Experience working with AWS is a MAJOR nice to have
- Any experience with Documentum and/or Business Process Management is a MAJOR nice to have
