Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email, and social media. This role involves identifying potential clients, engaging them through targeted methods, and pre-qualifying leads to hand off to the internal sales team for further development. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, and have a natural ability to engage prospects. They will focus on creating interest in the companys services, such as phone systems, Internet, and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to businesses, navigate through gatekeepers, and connect with decision-makers.
  • Use various outreach methods, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Pre-qualify businesses that may benefit from the companys services and determine their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
  • Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM, with a preference for Zoho CRM, but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on potential opportunities.
  • Continuously test and improve messaging to increase conversion rates and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English, with clear enunciation.
  • Proven success in a sales, lead generation, or cold calling role.
  • Strong motivation and drive, with a focus on performance-based results.
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in telecommunications, Internet, and networking solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
