We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Job Description
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews, phone screenings, and video interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for client roles.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end remote recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring that candidates align with their expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a remote or virtual environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality remote recruitment solutions and exceeding client expectations.
