Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM- 9:30 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operational tasks, including handling communication with districts, drivers, and families. This role requires someone who is quick to solve problems, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and delivers exceptional customer service. The coordinator will also assist with data entry and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily issues via phone and text, including emergencies when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to districts, drivers, and parents/guardians through various communication channels.
  • Rapidly arrange substitute drivers when required and reroute students efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry tasks such as updating driver or student information.
  • Monitor daily rides and ensure students reach school safely and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to navigate multiple online platforms and manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, with a desire to meet and exceed metrics.
