Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our web applications while collaborating closely with our front-end developer. Your work will include implementing new features, managing databases, and ensuring our digital assets' overall reliability and performance. This role may also require availability during off-hours for urgent updates or troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Back-End Development & Maintenance:

• Write clean, efficient code for web applications and troubleshoot/debug issues.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure smooth functionality.
• Use Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and to provide insights on application performance and reliability.

Collaboration with Front-End Developer:

• Work closely with the front-end team to integrate and ensure consistency across user-facing elements.

API Integration:

• Integrate and manage APIs from platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, including ServiceTitan.

Server & Code Management:

• Oversee both development and live servers to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain code cleanliness and manage version control.

Technical Support & Security:

• Troubleshoot server and database issues, ensuring web security and compliance.

Landing Page Development:

• Assist in developing and optimizing landing pages for marketing and user experience.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

• Previous experience as a back-end developer, particularly in a Node.js environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with server-side programming languages (e.g., Java, Ruby, PHP, Python).
• Knowledge of CMS frameworks and front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes and data analysis.

Teamwork & Problem-Solving:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with digital marketing and API integrations.
• Familiarity with React for front-end collaboration.
• Ability to manage both development and live server environments.

Off-Hours Availability:

• Be available during off-hours for critical updates or troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime.
