In this role you, you will:

Provide Psychological Testing and evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations, offering exceptional client care.
Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Ilinois, licensed PhD/PsyD - or Post Doctoral candidate.
Psychological Testing& Assessment experience preferred but not required.
Masters in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting
Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills.

Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
