We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team, ideal for fresh graduates or career adapters looking to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resources field.

Job Summary:

As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, gaining valuable exposure to different aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, talent relations, and more. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Upon completion of the internship, you may transition to an HR Support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new talent paperwork, assisting with orientation, and helping to ensure a smooth integration for new talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent records in our HR systems.
  • Help organize and execute talent engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting HR-related documents, such as policies, procedures, and memos.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on improving internal processes and company culture.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or individuals looking to switch to a career in HR are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
