Job Description

The Growth Analyst sits within the Growth Team at SEEK Asia, supporting the growth and development of new AI- and tech-powered recruitment products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for conducting structured data analytics to identify and understand useful insights of user behaviour and commercial funnels
  • Responsible for building, maintaining and improving dashboards for performance health monitoring and tracking effectiveness of initiatives for the team
  • Provide pre- and post-launch reviews of initiatives/ experiments
  • Present data, analysis and useful insights to enable partners in making decisions
  • Independently drive analytical strategy (e.g., identify & define data requirements, and create data resources to help understand and address operational and strategic problems)

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ working in analytics, strategy or research-related roles
  • Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, ETL knowledge, and AWS Athena
  • Proficient in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Proven foundation with statistical knowledge, practices and application in business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Involved in developing and managing strategy or research projects and defining these in terms of specific objective and business desired outcomes
  • Track record of cross collaboration to “get things done”
