Job brief

Our client is an AI-driven technology company that carries "beauty" as its core ideal, helping its users become more beautiful with image products and beauty management services and assisting with the digital transformation of the beauty industry by providing SaaS services.

As its products become increasingly popular with global customers, our client plans to recruit experienced data product managers. They will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that deliver valuable insights and meet clients analytics needs. They also ensure data governance, optimize product performance, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
  • Help with data pipeline and data warehouse management
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or data product manager
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics. Master's degree is plus
  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
  • Strong Python and other programming skills to deal with data
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
  • Fluent English is a must

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
  • Strong programming experience with frameworks, including Python and ETL
  • Practical experience in cloud database and big data tool, including GCP, Azure, Mongo, Hadoop and etc
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
