In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating reservations, arranging transportation, and offering expert advice on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and more. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with everyday travel needs, including booking reservations for hotels, restaurants, tours, and other facilities.
Arrange reliable transportation services, including private drivers, car rentals, and airport transfers.
Organize and book sightseeing tours, excursions, and activities based on clients’ interests.
Provide accurate information and personalized recommendations on local attractions, shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a concierge, travel coordinator, or customer service role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and transportation services.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple reservations and requests simultaneously with attention to detail.
A passion for travel and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
