Job Description

The Business Development Manager will:

Generate new business in industrial, academic, and government sectors through direct engagement and project management.
Manage sales pipelines and close business opportunities.
Align customer needs with the organization's services and products.
Share market intelligence with technical support and marketing teams.
Conduct customer visits and attend conferences to build relationships and meet sales quotas.
Collaborate with technical support and project management for business expansion.
Develop a network of references to identify new opportunities.
Analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal resources.
Lead webinars and innovation meetings to engage clients.

The Successful Applicant

Master's degree or higher in a life sciences field.
1-5 years of relevant sales experience with strong technical knowledge.
Preferred understanding of the biological, CRO, or CDMO markets.
Strong team player with good analytical and time management skills.
Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
Action-oriented and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across different regions and departments.
