Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with accuracy and empathy.
  • Track customer interactions and document feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Requirements
