Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide insightful solutions and manage customer issues with professionalism and care.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain clear communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve service and product offerings.
  • Foster a positive relationship with clients to encourage loyalty and trust in the brand.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
