Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

Core responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, collecting data and generating reports to measure effectiveness. Manage the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to company guidelines across all content. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials. Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement with followers. Monitor social media trends and propose new ideas for content and engagement strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences. Compile research findings into actionable insights that can inform marketing strategies. Assist in identifying new opportunities for product or service promotion based on market trends.
