2.5 years practical experience Very strong communication skills Very strong attention to detail Strong excel skills and good with data including lookup and pivot tables Experience with Australian (or US/UK) market preferred / ideal but not compulsory ELMO Experience ideal but not compulsory Sydney timezone M-F in Manila office

Core responsibilities:

HR onboarding / compliance administration Completing tasks related to onboarding, and system set up (ELMO) Coordinating between the hiring manager and IT for employee onboarding Event registration administrative support Offboarding compliance admin support Drafting employee correspondence on HR matters in support of Australian HR Manager using supplied templates Sending HR event reminders Recruitment administration such as creating job contracts and other written administrative duties for Talent Acquisition Manager Other varied administrative duties supporting a busy HR Department Excel reporting between payroll system and time tracking system
