Position: Technical Support Agent (Hybrid)
Location: Dongtan, Gyeonggi-do, Korea
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

What You'll Do:
As a Technical Support Agent, youll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sports data and analytics products. Your role will ensure smooth service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and collaboration with a global team, using your technical expertise to overcome challenges and contribute to the company's success.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical/customer support roles.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data structures like JSON, XML, and TCP/IP.
Languages: Native-level Korean and proficient English for communication with the global management team.
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote), working from 2pm to 11pm.
