In Germany, Amplifon has the main office in St.Pauli, Hamburg, and operates with 2.000 dedicated professionals, throughout a network of over 600 shops, that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound. 

To continue our growth story, we’re currently seeking a Regional Director (m/f/d) for the Region South-East (Berlin to Munich) to strengthen our Sales Team in Germany. 

Your tasks: 

  • Together with the Sales Director you define the commercial strategy of the region, monitoring the fulfillment of Sales objectives 
  • You enthusiastically support, motivate and coach your managers in an environment with rapidly changing requirements and framework conditions 
  • You will focus on the development of our current and future area managers and build an internal pool of junior staff for our continued growth
  • You evaluate data and analyse to independently derive revenue-oriented strategies and put them into practice 
  • By choosing the position of regional manager, you make a decision for a management career 
  • Together with the HR department and Area Managers, you your responsible to guarantee the stores right stuffing


Your profile: 

  • You have many years of professional experience as Regional Manager / Sales Manager (m/f/d) 
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the structures of a dynamically developing company and know about the requirements of a national sales structure  
  • You think strategically, act pragmatically and bring a strong hands-on mentality as well as a desire to take on responsibility 
  • You are passionate about "change" and inspire your teams in the change process 
  • You plan, organize, implement and lead with great independence 
  • Your analytical thinking skills distinguish you and you like to act cost-consciously as an entrepreneur in the company as well as making independent, quick decisions in your area 
  • You complete your profile with very good English skills as well as the willingness for mobility
