As the Professional Print Operations Lead, you will lead our Professional Print Support team, driving the strategy to deliver exceptional service to our Professional Print and Industrial Print customers and partners. In this role, you will work closely with key leaders across the business, including the Head of Professional Print Business, Sales Leaders, and Project Managers, to fully understand customer needs, implement bespoke solutions, and identify new growth opportunities. Your leadership will be critical in shaping a customer-first approach, focusing on proactive and predictive support strategies to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
You will act as a visible escalation point for our customers, leveraging your industry expertise to deliver exceptional service experiences. By fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, you will empower your team to innovate, challenge the status quo, and consistently push the boundaries of what's possible. Your role will also include maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners to collaboratively solve challenges, share knowledge, and optimize our services. You will work to drive efficiencies and improve processes, enhancing the overall customer journey while also ensuring business growth and operational success.
