Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: Business Sales Executive - Career Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST
- Saturday: 12 PM to 4 PM BST
Job Responsibilities
1. Running a dedicated sales campaign
2. Generate Telecoms and ICT sales to new and existing customers.
3. High energy/volume outbound sales calls
4. Communicate directly and effectively with clients.
5. Generate ongoing pipeline opportunities.
6. Prepare Sales proposals and monthly reports, achievement of monthly KPIs and targets.
7. Develop and maintain up-to-date product/service knowledge and market information.
8. Liaise with marketing to maximize the database.
9. Potential action leads from other areas of the business.
10. Negotiating offers and complex deals
11. Delivering an exceptional level of customer services
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Proven track record in new business and sales
- Confident in closing sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
- Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally salesforce
- Substantial use of LinkedIn
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT Background would be a plus)
