Responsibilities

Choose the appropriate business analysis approaches and techniques for various projects
Handle and understand different strategies for stakeholder management
Identify and plan business analysis activities, integrating them into the overall project plan
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business analysis tasks
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards and align with organizational objectives
Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate Analysts within the team

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
Strong understanding of business analysis approaches and stakeholder management
Proficient in using JIRA for project and task management
Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel or similar
Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
Knowledge of BPMN for process modeling
Competency in project management software like MS Project or similar
English language level – C1 and higher, both verbal and written

Nice to have

Ability to identify and plan own activities and deliverables within a project
Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work independently and within a team
