As a rapidly growing SaaS company, with a current robust pipeline of projects, this position is vital to Thynk’s success.
As a highly skilled & experienced Technical Salesforce Specialist, you will be part of a growing & large team - within the Operations Department - composed of 20 people among the Professional Services
In Particular, you will play a critical role in delivering Thynk projects by designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🧑‍💻 As our Technical Salesforce Specialist at Thynk, you will:
Be involved in wide range of responsibilities :
Solution Design and Development:
- Collaborate with the project team and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop solutions (based on Salesforce technologies), using Lightning components, flows, and other automation mechanisms
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet client requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions.
Data Management:
- Design and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition of data into Thynk
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients.
- Conduct technical and functional reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Project Delivery:
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and go-live.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to enhance project delivery.
🍠About you
You will be a great fit if you have :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools: a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views… as well as a strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.
- Excellent problem solving, communication skills and a proven ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Bonus point if you have :
- A Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin, Advance Admin and Platform designer)
- Experience with web technologies
- Skills in Lightning Components, data model management and configuration
- Experience in software quality assurance, including the development and execution of test plans and cases
